This dated 1970's 3-story townhouse was in need of a full renovation. The owner, also an interior designer, wanted to tie in the modern space with traditional elements. Work included a complete remodel of 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, new flooring, and reconfigured fireplace with limestone surround. The dark stair railings were replaced with custom ornamental iron railings, allowing ambient light to flow down from the skylight above.
